Doctoral Mentorship Program Applicaton

The Academic Research Alliance is proud to offer mentorship opportunities to support underrepresented doctoral students pursuing impactful research in business disciplines. Applicants must meet the following criteria and submit the required materials to be considered.

Eligibility CriteriaEnrollment:

• Must be currently enrolled in a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) or a business-related PhD program.

• Underrepresented Groups: Must identify as part of an underrepresented group, specifically African American, Hispanic/Latino, or Native American.

• Applicants should demonstrate a clear need for mentorship to support their academic and professional development in areas such as research guidance, career planning, or dissertation progress.

Application Materials

• Required Documents:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV): Provide a detailed summary of academic and professional experience.

  • Include a statement indicating what you hope to gain from a mentor.

• Optional Documents:

  • Academic Transcripts: Highlight academic achievements.

  • Letters of Recommendation: Provide up to two letters supporting your application.

Important Notes

• This application is solely for the mentorship program. A separate application is required to apply for scholarships.

• All submitted materials must reflect a commitment to academic excellence and ethical research practices.
