Doctoral Mentorship Program Applicaton
The Academic Research Alliance is proud to offer mentorship opportunities to support underrepresented doctoral students pursuing impactful research in business disciplines. Applicants must meet the following criteria and submit the required materials to be considered.
Eligibility CriteriaEnrollment:

Must be currently enrolled in a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) or a business-related PhD program.

Underrepresented Groups: Must identify as part of an underrepresented group, specifically African American, Hispanic/Latino, or Native American.

Applicants should demonstrate a clear need for mentorship to support their academic and professional development in areas such as research guidance, career planning, or dissertation progress.

Curriculum Vitae (CV): Provide a detailed summary of academic and professional experience.

Include a statement indicating what you hope to gain from a mentor.
